First Assured Quality Systems is Hiring a Site Supervisor (FT) Near Grand Prairie, TX
Hours:
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Sunday-Thursday with possible overtime $19.75
- Supervise quality inspectors in the execution of tasks according to the established specifications and parameters set by the client.
- Partner closely with the Site Manager to ensure daily operational needs are met, including creating schedules for the Quality Controls Inspectors and ensuring all shifts are adequately covered.
- Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials or finished goods.
- Routinely perform Safety Training with all inspectors on their shifts.
- Interpret test results and compare them to established specifications and control limits.
- Perform visual inspections of finished products.
- Supply quality control data at the end of every shift.
- Investigate or report questionable test results.
- Perform validations in accordance with applicable policies or guidelines.
- Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.
- Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Write technical reports or documentation.
- Manage inspector documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare writings for administrative purposes including documentation for corrective actions, incident reports, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that a training plan and training matrix have been completed for each inspector on their shift.
- Establish and maintain healthy working relationships with all company employees and client representatives.
- Demonstrate a professional, respectful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supervisory Experience Required.
- 1-2 years of related experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Quality Control experience preferred.
